I had very lovely days staying at this great budget hotel. Everything was nice, clean property, magnificent and beautiful location in the tower which has rooms of a different era. The rooms were beautifully maintained with a view to the car park, felt like home.

We had an enjoyable stay, the hotel was nicely appointed, clean, with stunning location in very close proximity to Sea World. There was helpful staff and the service was excellent. The food in the outdoor restaurant was outstanding and great.

The stay was very lovely. Property was well appointed, with incredibly attentive staff and incredible location on the areas I asked him to. Stayed in a beautifully maintained room with a nice selection of views. Food in the beach bar was outstanding.

Everything was nice, including helpful staff at the reception desk. Had new-fashioned, neat room with a full kitchen, fresh sheets plus a garden view. The outdoor restaurant for breakfast and the beach bar.

The hotel was good standard and spotless with an excellent bar. The breakfast offered was awesome and delicious with an amazing chef and also a wonderful view of Mission Bay, couldn't have asked for more. The staff were more than helpful providing a very efficient service. Got wake up calls free of charge, not bad too.

The room was impressive and huge with a window that opened onto the bay. A handy kitchenette was included.

I had a very nice stay. The hotel was gorgeous and the staff excellent, amazing location to the grocery store. My breakfast was amazing and awesome with a wonderful view of Mission Bay. The pool was very clean and I had excellent drinks in the beach bar. Plus, I was able to park the car on site.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk to an awesome beach on the bay. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a beautiful pool, jacuzzi, and bar. The restaurant was nice and the service was excellent. The beach chairs set up on the grass by the bay were a wonderful touch. We also enjoyed the outside movie and the great coffee and snack bar. The gift shop was very nice and had a diverse selection. The parrot show was entertaining and the trainers were impressive. The beautiful grounds with lush plants and grass added to the overall ambiance. The staff was exceptional, making us feel welcome and providing great suggestions for things to do in the area.

Cannot find any fault.

The grounds were very tropical and the wildlife was so cool. There were tropical birds, pods with fish, ducks with baby chicks and other pretty birds all around the resort.

this is not a four or five star hotel. the layout is horrible and nothing is easily accessable. i would not reccomend this resort to anyone thomas miller

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location of the hotel is absolutely fantastic, with easy access to both the bay and the ocean. I enjoyed being able to take a short walk to the Pacific Beach or simply relax by the serene Mission Bay. The hotel grounds are well-kept and beautiful, providing a peaceful and safe environment. The staff at this place were friendly and always ready to assist. Anna at the front desk and Ben, who helped with our bags, were especially welcoming.

This place is a luxurious and comfortable hotel that I would highly recommend to others.
